Micah and his wife, Heidi, have 3 boys: Ethan, Eli, and Ezekiel. Micah and Heidi met as kids and are high school sweethearts. Both are graduates of Clearwater Christian College in Florida where Micah received his B.S. in Church Ministries. After serving for many years in the local church as a Youth Pastor, he received his M.Div. from Liberty Theological Seminary.

Micah came to Western Branch in March 2010 as the Pastor after serving many years in the local church in the role of Youth Pastor and Minister of Education. Micah has a heart for discipleship and the Great Commission and would love to see Western Branch serve God and Suffolk with a Christ-centered focus.

Pam is married to her husband John and they have 2 boys: Adam and Ben. Pam joined the staff of Western Branch in 2016. She received her Bachelor of Music Education from Lander College and went on to get her Master of Church Music from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. In addition to leading the music at Western Branch, Pam also teaches music at Suffolk Christian Academy.
